WAYS TO BOOK
- ONLINE - Choose your own seat from our detailed seating plan. Our secure booking system is available 24 hours a day. Our online facility accepts payment using Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Maestro cards and American Express cards.
- TELEPHONE - Our Box Office line is open six days a week - Monday to Saturday 10:30am to 7pm.
- IN PERSON - You can also book tickets in person at the Box Office. This is also open Monday to Saturday 10:30am to 7pm.

We do not charge a booking fee for any method of ticket purchase.
All prices are subject to change. Please note we are unable to apply offers retrospectively.
CONCESSIONS
We have a limited number of concession tickets available for the following groups:
- Discounted tickets for Under 30s are available at every performance across both stages, for just £10. Students who are able to present a valid photo ID are also eligible.

Find out more - Senior tickets are available for those 60+ on all matinee performances.
- Group discount is available for every 9 tickets booked, you will get the 10th free.
LATECOMERS POLICY
For some performances latecomers will not be admitted. You can find specific information on each show page.
READMITTANCE
Due to the layout of the theatre, if you leave the auditorium during one of our performances you will not able to re-enter.
RETURNS POLICY
UNWANTED TICKETS
In the event of a sold out performance, as a courtesy, we will endeavour to resell your tickets for an administration charge of £2 per ticket. We cannot guarantee that tickets will resell. Hampstead Theatre reserves the right to sell other tickets before returned tickets. If your tickets are re-sold we will arrange a credit with Hampstead Theatre to spend on a future show.
Even for productions which have previously sold out we cannot guarantee successful resale of returned tickets. You can transfer tickets to a relative or friend; to transfer your tickets to someone else, please contact the Box Office on boxoffice@hampsteadtheatre.com or call 020 7722 9301.
PURCHASING RETURNED TICKETS
If you wish to purchase tickets for a sold out show, it is worth checking the website or calling the box office for returned tickets in case any unwanted tickets have become available for resale.
We cannot guarantee that returns will be available.
TICKET EXCHANGES/CANCELLATIONS POLICY
We do not offer refunds but if you cannot attend a performance and contact us a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the performance, you will be entitled to credit on your account or an exchange to an alternative performance of the same production. If you cannot attend a performance, and contact us a minimum of 24 hours in advance of a production, you will be entitled to an exchange to another performance of the same production. For groups of 10 or more, the cut off period for exchanges or returns to account credit is 14 days before the performance. There is an administration fee of £3 for on account credit and an fee of £2 for exchanges. Please note we cannot exchange tickets for any West End Transfers. All sales for this type of ticket are final.
Single Seat Policy for Online Bookings
At Hampstead Theatre, we would like our productions to be seen by as many customers as possible. Single seats can be more difficult for us to sell.
Our booking system does not allow customers to leave a single seat available when booking online. If this is the only option available, please call the Box Office on 020 7722 9301 and a member of our team will be able to help.
