Hampstead Theatre aims to be accessible for all. Our building has level access to all floors and performance spaces, accessible facilities, and our assisted performances run throughout the year.

ACCESS MEMBERSHIP SCHEME

To book tickets with an access discount, we invite you to join our Access Scheme. It is free to join and provides you with regular updates regarding forthcoming productions and assisted performances at Hampstead. To join the Access Scheme please email access@hampsteadtheatre.com to register your interest, or speak to a member of the Box Office team.

The scheme gives you access to concessionary rate tickets and, should you wish, details regarding your seating preference can be stored to make future bookings easier. If requested, we can also provide cast lists and programme information in large print format, and show notes in mp3 format via email.

booking ACCESS tickets online

In our aim to be fully accessible we have introduced online booking for all Access Members. This enables our customers to book tickets at the Access Concession price for any production. Please note, the Access Concession price will be applied at the checkout, once full price tickets have been added to the basket. Our wheelchair accessible seating is available to all online bookers and you can also view and book the recommended seating for all Captioned and Audio Described performances.
