DEPUTY HEAD OF FRONT OF HOUSE

We are looking for a Deputy Head of Front of House to support the Head of Front of House in ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for our audience and visitors. As well as acting as a Duty Manager for performances, managing the frontline team on a shift basis and ensuring customer experience matches our brand values, they will also provide operational support to the Head of Front of House.
The successful candidate will have previous management experience in a professional front of house environment, preferably within a producing theatre, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Salary: £16.50 per hour for a part time contract based on a minimum 32 hours per week.

DUTY MANAGER

Our team of Duty Managers are responsible for ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for our audience and visitors. They will manage the frontline team on a shift basis and ensure customer experience matches our brand values. They will also be required to assist with day-to-day operational matters as directed by the Head of Front of House who heads the department.
The successful candidate will have previous duty management or supervisory experience in a professional front of house environment, preferably within a producing theatre, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Salary: £15.39 per hour, minimum 8-hour shift.
